In the winter of 2003 we contacted you to basically
overhaul our entire home outside. Our home had sat
vacant for four years and we needed all new shrubbery,
trees, flowers, driveway, garden path, patio for our
basement walkout and a front sidewalk with a courtyard.
It was a big, overwhelming task. My husband and I really
had no conceptualized plan in mind, but knew everything
needed to be done.
From the very first meeting we had with you, we were
impressed. Throughout the entire process you and your
team were always punctual, hardworking, courteous, and

of work we were having done, we were concerned with a
lot of things, as you can imagine. You gave us an
estimate of 4 to 6 weeks to complete the job and you
finished in 8 days...and all of it top quality work and
materials. Additionally, and very importantly there were
no cost overruns on your part. What you quoted us is
exactly what we ended up spending.
In conclusion, our home looks beautiful, exquisite I
might even say, thanks to all of your brick and
landscaping work. People cannot even believe it is the
same house. Furthermore, after the work was complete we
had our home re-appraised and because of the work done
outside the appraisal came in 40% higher than it did
from its original state. So, we wanted to personally
thank you and your team again, and say that we would
highly recommend your company to anyone who asks."

"Anyone who has built a new home knows what a monumental
and stressful task it can be to get the landscape
completed. We saw Visionary Landscape at a local home
and garden show and talked to Kip (the owner) about our
