| Visionary Landscaping opened in 1999 as owner Kipp
Rammler’s solo venture into the business. Garnering 15
years of experience, he envisioned a business dedicated
to and centered around his customers.
Consider the company motto: We exceed your
expectations.
Visionary Landscaping has developed into a full
service, year-round business that employs 25 industry
professionals.
Visionary Landscaping reaches a mix of high-end
residential and corporate clients. The Shelby
Township-based business serves as a sort of
one-stop-shop for all landscaping and design needs.
Rammler built the company on solid business
principles of quality workmanship, professionalism and
dedication. He and his staff strive to surpass their
client's expectations. "We do what we say we'll do and
more," explains Rammler.
Visionary Landscaping guarantees customer
satisfaction. With three full-time landscaping
installation crews, each job is closely monitored for
quality and to fit the client’s specifications. In
addition to a project foreman overseeing each job,
supervisors travel from site to site monitoring
progress, and guaranteeing the job is completed in a
timely manner.
The company's signature commitment to quality service
doesn't come with an additional cost to customers. All
Visionary Landscaping clients are asked to pay a $100
deposit, regardless of the size and scope of the work.
The balance is due only after the job is completed and
the customer is completely satisfied.
"We are true to our estimates," said Rammler. "There
are never overages. The price is the price. There are no
hidden costs."
At Visionary Landscaping, each project is tailored to
the client’s particular needs. Whether the work is as
basic as tree removal, or as complex as redesigning an
outdoor living space, Visionary Landscaping
professionals incorporate high quality materials and
personalized service to get the job done.
A growing local company, Visionary Landscaping is
expanding its service around Michigan. A strong customer
base has been established in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb
counties. |
